Construction and Demolition Debris. Commonly used or discarded materials 166 removed from construction, remodeling, repair, demolition, or renovation operations on any 167 pavement, house, commercial building, or other structure, or from landscaping. Such materials 168 include, but are not limited to, dirt, sand, rock, gravel, bricks, plaster, gypsum wallboard, 169 aluminum, glass, asphalt material, plastic pipe, roofing material, carpeting, concrete, wood, 170 masonry, rocks, trees, remnants of new materials, including paper, plastic, carpet scraps, wood 171 scraps, scrap metal, building materials, packaging and rubble resulting from Construction, 172 remodeling, renovation, repair and demolition operations on pavements, houses, commercial 173 buildings and other structures. With the exception of soil, dirt, concrete, and asphalt, Construction 174 and Demolition Debris does not include Garbage and Exempt Waste.
