Constitution and Bylaws. The present constitution, bylaws, rules and regulations of Local 149 and of the American Federation of Musicians of the United States and Canada, are hereby incorporated and made part of this Agreement as if specifically set forth herein, but only to the extent that such constitution, bylaws, rules and regulations are not contrary to or in violation of the provisions of this Agreement.
