Common use of Consistency with Insurance Policies and Statutes Clause in Contracts

Consistency with Insurance Policies and Statutes. Where a group policy is purchased by the School District to cover any benefit or where a statute is the basis for any benefit, the benefits bulletins or statements shall be consistent with such policy or statute, and, if inconsistent, the rights, privileges and duties of each employee with respect to such coverage shall be governed solely by the statute or policy and not by the above statement.
