Consignment Period. For each Product, a consignment period begins when the Con- xxxxxx receives that Product and ends 90 calendar days later (the “Consignment Period”). The Seller may dispose of any Products left on their premises by the Consign- or after their Consignment Period(s) end at the Seller’s discretion. Any proceeds gener- ated from the sale of these Products after the end of its Consignment Period will be the sole property of the Seller, and the Consignor will receive no commission under section 6 for any such sale.

Consignment Period. (a) Masterworks hxxxxx agrees to lend the Work to the Consignee for a period designated on the first page of this Consignment Agreement, unless otherwise mutually agreed by the parties in writing (the “Consignment Period”).

Consignment Period. The consignment period is the period listed at 2.3 from which the works are delivered to Umbrella (under clause 2.3) and ending on the date agreed to in writing between the artist and the gallery as per the signed letter of agreement. Umbrella may at any time, acting reasonably and upon giving notice to the artist, cancel the exhibition or shorten the length of the exhibition. Xxxxxxxx also has the right to reschedule exhibition dates and times in consultation with the artist. The artist must notify the gallery of any changes to the schedule.
