ARTIST RESPONSIBILITIES. 1 Artist shall deliver to the Gallery all of the artwork that Artist wishes to display at Rosewood Gallery (the “Artwork”) located at 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxx, Kettering, OH 45420 (the “Gallery”). 2 Artist shall arrange, pay for, and assume all risks associated with preparing the Artwork for proper transport and display at the Gallery including, but not limited to, framing, packing, shipping, and delivery to the Gallery.
ARTIST RESPONSIBILITIES. Memorize all music, lyrics, scripts and choreography prior to on-stage rehearsals. • Attend off-stage rehearsals as scheduled by director/producer, not to exceed 6 rehearsals. • Arrive promptly to all rehearsals and performances, allowing time for costume changes, make-up/hair, instrument tuning, mic’ing in order to be on stage at designated time. • Ability to communicate via e-mail and download information (tracks, charts, scripts, etc).
ARTIST RESPONSIBILITIES a) Artist shall present the final design to the Lawrence Cultural Arts Commission for approval prior to painting the Mural.

This includes individual artists exhibiting in group exhibitions. - must provide detailed artwork information digitally (i.e. on Excel spreadsheet provided) to Umbrella prior to installation for creating labels or a roomsheet. - adhere to other responsibilities as listed below.
ARTIST RESPONSIBILITIES. 3.1 The BHMR respect that Artistic processes are organic, and outcomes may be indeterminate until closer to the date of commencement of the project or Exhibition. However, should the Artist decide to significantly diverge from the original Artistic proposal after both parties have entered into agreement, the Artist should contact the BHMR Coordinator for re-negotiation. In such instances, Articulate and the BHMR reserve the right to cancel the Contract (hence the Residency) without penalty.

ARTIST RESPONSIBILITIES. The Artist are bound to acknowledge receipt of the Sale Advice to the Alliance and then notify the Buyer within 48 hours when the Artwork(s) will be dispatched. Shipping and insurance costs (if applicable), liability and all handling expenses incurred in the delivery of the Artwork(s) to Buyer shall be assumed by the Artist. It is recommended that Artists consider these costs when setting their price. It is understood that the Artist will package the Artwork(s) appropriately to ensure safe passage of the Artwork. Artwork(s) remain the property of the Artist until the Buyer receives the item, then title passes directly to the Buyer. It is the Artist’s responsibility to obtain email confirmation from the Buyer that the Artwork(s) have been successfully delivered and forward this to the Alliance. . Payment to the Artist shall be made by the Alliance within 14 working days following the confirmed delivery of the Artwork(s) to the Buyer.
ARTIST RESPONSIBILITIES. 4.1 Once contacted for potential work, the Artist must do their utmost to respond to any form of contact within the time scale given by the Agency. Failure to respond within the required time may result in losing the provisional booking.
ARTIST RESPONSIBILITIES. The Artist shall post a minimum of Five (5) tweets and Five (5) Facebook Post and Five (5) Instagram posts per Concert, on the Artist’s official pages, in order to promote the Live Broadcast of the Concerts over the 30 days prior to each of the Concerts. The Post will need to say: “Watch my concert LIVE on @Xumanii (OTCQB: XUII) xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx [DATE OF THE CONCERT] presented by [Approved Corporate Sponsor’s brand]” and attach the approved flyer and/or promotional video” The Artist shall provide four (4) video drops (1 for each concert) for the Company to use in the production of promotional videos for the purpose of advertising and marketing the Live Broadcasts, NO LATER THAN 20 days before the Concert Dates. The content of the video drop is at the discretion of the artist, but shall include: “Watch my Concert live on Xxxxxxx.xxx [DATE OF THE CONCERT] presented by [Corporate Sponsor’s brand]”. Final approval of the Artist and Management will be required on all promotional and marketing content. During the Term, Lender will allow the Company to use the “Xumanii Promoter Facebook App” as a tool to increase the viewership for this event. This application allows a fan to sign up to xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx to get the chance to win a free “All Access Pass” to the event while posting the event on their Facebook page for their friends to see as well. Company responsible for the App and the promotion and all costs in connection therewith. During the Term, the Company requests the use of name and approved likeness of the Artist on the Company live broadcast channel approved solely for the purpose of promotion of the Concerts on Xxxxxxx.xxx. Lender has final written approval of all such uses and Artist depiction. Subject to Company securing any and all clearances, including, without limitation, record label and publisher clearances at Company’s sole, non-recoupable, non-deductible expense, Company may use no more than a 90 second excerpt from one (1) approved Artist song for background track solely for promotional video used to promote each Concert. The Artist has final written approval for the choice of songs to be used in promotional material and all promotional material. Company’s Responsibilities: During the Term, Company will broadcast as set forth herein, at no cost to the Artist, live and in HD format (720p) the four (4) Concerts as set forth herein and the behind the scene of the Artist as provided for herein.
