Common use of Consignment Period Clause in Contracts

Consignment Period. 3.1 Both parties agree that the consignment period would be 3 years from the signing of this Agreement. When the consignment period is due, if both parties do not terminate this agreement with a written notice, the consignment period of this agreement may be extended automatically until a written termination agreement is signed by the parties.
