Common use of Consignment Period Clause in Contracts

Consignment Period. For each Product, a consignment period begins when the Con- ▇▇▇▇▇▇ receives that Product and ends 90 calendar days later (the “Consignment Period”). The Seller may dispose of any Products left on their premises by the Consign- or after their Consignment Period(s) end at the Seller’s discretion.
