CONSEQUENCES OF TERMINATION BY THE ISSUER. Where this Contract terminates upon expiry of a notice given by the Issuer pursuant to clause 8.4(a) (in respect of an Event of Default pursuant to clause 8.1 (a) or (b)) or as the result of non-performance pursuant to clause 8.4(b), the Issuer may, immediately and by notice to the Holder, cancel all of the remaining Hedge Quantities then held by the Holder.
