Common use of Consent to Use of Data Clause in Contracts

Consent to Use of Data. 16.1 By signing this Licence Agreement, the Licensee hereby expressly accepts that any Licensee specific information received from HW on the basis of the contractual relationship regulated by this Licence Agreement, e.g. concerning the Software, including Company Registration No., Xxxx codes, Name of Licensee, Address, Tel. No., Fax No., E-mail Address, URL, Contact Name and the name of the Licensee’s supplier, may be used internally within the HW Group only for the purpose of internal administration of the licence to the Software.

Consent to Use of Data. 16.1 By signing this Licence Agreement, the Licensee hereby expressly accepts that any Licensee specific information received from HW on the basis of the contractual relationship regulated by this Licence Agreement, e.g. concerning the Software, including Company Registration No., Xxxx codes, Name of Licensee, Address, Tel. No., Fax No., E-E- mail Address, URL, Contact Name and the name of the Licensee’s supplier, may be used internally within the HW Group only for the purpose of internal administration of the licence to the Software.
