CONSENT TO BACKGROUND CHECKS. Client authorizes TNL, and any of its designated agents, to perform Background and Criminal Check, National Check, Regional, State, County, Sexual Offender (Nationwide), Alias search, Address Trace, Social Security Trace and US Justice Department Sex Offender Registry. Furthermore, Client agrees to take such action and execute and deliver such documents as may be reasonably necessary or appropriate to complete the above testing and effectuate the terms of this Agreement. I hereby release from liability TNL, their agents and employees, and all other parties involved in performing background checks, criminal background checks or any actions taken during or after a background check, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, negligence, defamation, wrongful discharge and breach of contract or implied contract.
