CONSECUTIVE LEAVES Clause Samples

The "Consecutive Leaves" clause defines the rules and limitations regarding the number of days an employee may take off work in a continuous, uninterrupted period. Typically, this clause specifies the maximum duration allowed for such leave, outlines any approval processes required, and may distinguish between different types of leave, such as vacation, sick leave, or unpaid leave. By setting clear boundaries for consecutive absences, the clause helps employers manage staffing needs and ensures operational continuity while providing employees with guidelines for planning extended time away from work.
