Consecutive Assignments. Add the following to Article 7C of the Teachers’ CBA: Wherever administratively possible, elementary teacher programs should have no more than three consecutive teaching assignments and no more than four consecutive working assignments (including professional activities). Elementary School Dismissal Elementary school dismissal shall be structured such that UFT employees do not perform dismissal duties beyond their instructional day.

Consecutive Assignments. No employee covered by this agreement shall be required to serve in consecutive non-line assignments.
Consecutive Assignments. No teacher shall have more than the equivalent of four (4) consecutive teaching assignments for instruction -----of children, and every effort shall-be made to keep the mmiber-to three (3). For the purposes-of this-section, an assignment shall be forty-five (45) minutes. Supervisory time preceding or following this teaching time shall not exceed twenty (20) minutes.

  • Work Assignments Section 1. The Company shall determine whether to staff a position or fill a vacancy and the method or combination of methods it shall use for such purposes. In making this determination, the Company shall first give consideration to qualified laid off employees with applications on file in accordance with Article 14 Section 7 of this Agreement and then internal candidates prior to off-street applicants. All vacancies within the Bargaining Unit shall be posted (manually or electronically) in locations where Bargaining Unit employees regularly work. The posting shall include the title, wage range, and sufficient information regarding requirements and duties to adequately describe the vacancy. The vacancy shall remain posted for seven (7) calendar days which shall be spread between two (2) workweeks.

  • Assignments The Member may at any time assign in whole or in part its limited liability company interest in the Company. If the Member transfers all of its interest in the Company pursuant to this Section 18, the transferee shall be admitted to the Company upon its execution of an instrument signifying its agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Such admission shall be deemed effective immediately prior to the transfer, and, immediately following such admission, the transferor Member shall cease to be a member of the Company.
