Creating capacity for citizenship Our model of care and governance structure has been designed to create capacity. Our workforce, individuals, and their natural supports recognise and respond to psychological distress and address barriers that prevent people from participating in their community and leading meaningful lives. Team The Team Leader - Towards Change will lead one of two Towards Change teams. The Towards Change teams are a crucial part of the Victorian Mental health reform work that Wellways, Eastern Health, Inspiro and Oonah are undertaking. This role will be part of a growing service system that places the community in the centre of the Local Mental Health and Wellbeing network across Victoria.

  • Connection 5.2.1 The Client is responsible for the cost of connection to the public switch network and/or the provision of additional lines to the public telephone system.

  • OUT Upon move-out of Residents, Resident shall pay for defleaing, deodorizing, and/or steam cleaning to protect future Residents from possible health hazards, regardless of how long the pet occupied the premises. Such steam cleaning, defleaing, and/or deodorization may be arranged for by Management. An amount of seventy five dollars ($75.00) will be withheld from the Pet Deposit for this purpose.

  • Costs of making good any damage If any of the Distributor's Equipment is damaged by the negligence or wilful act or omission of the Trader or the Trader's employees, agents, or invitees, the Trader must pay the cost of making good the damage to the Distributor.

  • Construction and Enforcement This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without and application of the principles of conflicts of laws. If it becomes necessary for any party to institute legal action to enforce the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and such legal action results in a final judgment in favor of such party ("Prevailing Party"), then the party or parties against whom said final judgment is obtained shall reimburse the Prevailing Party for all direct, indirect or incidental expenses incurred, including, but not limited to, all attorney's fees, court costs and other expenses incurred throughout all negotiations, trials or appeals undertaken in order to enforce the Prevailing Party's rights hereunder. Any suit, action or proceeding with respect to this Agreement shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in St. Lucie County in the State of Florida. The parties hereto hereby accept the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts for the purpose of any such suit, action or proceeding. The parties hereto hereby irrevocably waive, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any objection that any of them may now or hereafter have to the laying of venue of any suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement or any judgment entered by any court in respect thereof brought in St. Lucie County, Florida, and hereby further irrevocably waive any claim that any suit, action or proceeding brought in St. Lucie County, Florida, has been brought in an inconvenient forum.

  • Expenses All costs and expenses incurred in connection with this Agreement shall be paid by the party incurring such cost or expense.

  • Indirect Network Connection 64.8.1 For purposes of this Agreement, Indirect Traffic means traffic which is originated by one Party and terminated to the other Party in which a third party ILEC’s Tandem switch both provides the intermediary Transit Service and serves CenturyLink’s NXXs. Indirect Network Connection for Indirect Traffic is intended only for de minimis traffic associated with CLEC “start- up” market entry into a CenturyLink local exchange. Therefore Indirect Network Connection will be allowed only on routes between CenturyLink End Offices and a CLEC switch in instances where, and only so long as, none of the POI thresholds set forth in Section 64.4.2 have been reached.

  • Other Activities Your services pursuant to this Agreement shall not be deemed to be exclusive, and you may render similar services and act as an underwriter, distributor or dealer for other investment companies in the offering of their shares.

  • Unlawful Internet Gambling and Other Illegal Activities You agree that you are not engaged in unlawful internet gambling or any other illegal activity. You agree that you will not use any of your accounts, access devices or services for unlawful internet gambling or other illegal activities. We may terminate your account relationship if you engage in unlawful internet gambling or other illegal activities.

  • Incidentals Furthermore, for travel in excess of the 50km, Employees using their own vehicle will be compensated for consideration of the ‘incidental expenses actually incurred’ at the rate set out in Appendix A to this Part. It is further agreed that when multiple Employees are travelling to a site together this incidental allowance will only be paid to the Employee who is actually driving the vehicle and actually incurring the expense.

  • Incidental Costs The MCP shall bear the sole expense of all costs to mitigate any harmful effect, of any breaches or security incidents which were caused by the MCP, or its subcontractors, in violation of the terms of this Agreement. These costs will include, but are not limited to, the cost of investigation, remediation, and assistance to the affected individuals, entities or other authorities.
