Common use of Conflict or Ambiguity Clause in Contracts

Conflict or Ambiguity. Because the terms of this Agreement generally supersede the terms of the Earlier Agreements, the Parties agree that if there is any conflict or ambiguity between the Earlier Agreements and this Agreement the terms of this Agreement shall control.
