Conflict of Law. In addition to the nonpayment of any sum due hereunder, Seller may immediately suspend Services or Ancillary Service in whole or part if Seller determines that such Services or Ancillary Service violate the Communications Act of 1934, as amended (including the Telecommunications Act of 1996), or that the imposition of any state or federal statute, or promulgation of any rule, regulation, or order of the Federal Communications Commission ("FCC") or other governing body makes Seller's performance commercially impracticable.
