Adjustments to Service. Recipient Rates Using the Refuse Rate Index (RRI). 1070 4.04.1 Adjustments to Collection Elements. Beginning on October 1, 2018, and 1071 annually thereafter during the term of this Agreement, the Collection Elements of the Service 1072 Recipient Rates set forth in Article 4 shall be adjusted by the RRI adjustment set forth below. In 1073 any year that the calculation of the RRI results in a negative number, there shall be no adjustment 1074 of the Collection Elements. Instead, the negative RRI number shall be added to the result of the 1075 subsequent years RRI calculation and the result shall be the RRI adjustment for that subsequent 1076 year. 1077 4.04.1.1 RRI Adjustment Calculation. The RRI adjustment shall be 1078 the sum of the weighted percentage change in the annual average of each RRI index number 1079 between the base year, which shall be the prior preceding year ending December 31st, and the 1080 preceding year ending December 31st as contained in the most recent release of the source 1081 documents listed in Exhibit 2, (“REFUSE RATE INDEX”) which is attached to and included in this 1082 Agreement. Therefore, the first Collection Element rate adjustment effective October 1, 2018 will 1083 be based on the percentage changes between the annual average of the RRI indices from 1084 January 1, 2016 to December 1, 2016 and the annual average of the RRI indices from January 1085 1, 2017 to December 1, 2017. The RRI shall be calculated using the RRI methodology included 1086 in Exhibit 2.

Adjustments to Service. Subject to the mutual agreement of the parties, the shuttle service may be adjusted throughout the term of this contract to better service the needs of the passengers. NVTA or CITY may recommend a change or modification of service criteria. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, adding or deleting service areas; changing service types; modifying or eliminating time points; increasing, decreasing or changing operating hours; and expanding or decreasing vehicle service hours and/or days. In all cases, the NVTA Executive Director and City Manager or their designee will agree to said changes in writing prior to (a) approval by the NVTA Board, and (b) implementation of the adjustment to Service.
Adjustments to Service. The CITY and the CONTRACTOR may develop other service components or make adjustments to the service as needs are identified and as resources allow. The CITY expects to work closely with the CONTRACTOR on such modifications in order to provide efficient and responsive service. No operational changes that affect trip-scheduling, hours of operation, response time or any other characteristic of the service can be made by the CONTRACTOR without the prior written approval of the CITY. IMPORTANT: Flex is an evolving service and the CONTRACTOR must be flexible and willing to problem solve to modify the service to meet demand and maximize ridership.
Adjustments to Service. 1. Adjustments to service shall be a prerogative of PVTA. PVTA expects to work closely with the CONTRACTOR on such modifications in order to provide efficient and responsive service.

The City may at any time, request changes within the general scope of this Agreement. If any such change will cause an anticipated increase in the cost of, or the time required for, the performance or any part of the work under this Agreement, or an anticipated increase or decrease in Provider’s annual revenue hours by more than ten percent, the City shall make an equitable adjustment to Provider’s rate and the Agreement will be amended accordingly by written amendment.

  • Modifications to Service This Auction Site reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to user. This Auction Site shall not be liable to users or any third party should this Auction Site exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service.

The Supplier shall consider any request by the Customer to increase the number of Story Points for a Release, and may, subject to the Change Control Procedure set out at Clause 28, agree to such request.
