Conflict of Interest; Governmental Conduct Act. The Grantee warrants that it presently has no interest, and shall not acquire any interest, direct or indirect, which would conflict in any manner or degree with the performance or services required under this Agreement. The Grantee certifies that the requirements of the Governmental Conduct Act, NMSA 1978, Sections 10-16-1 to 10-16-18, regarding contracting with a public officer or state employee or former state employee have been followed.
