Common use of Confirmation of Instructions Clause in Contracts

Confirmation of Instructions. We may (but shall not in any circumstances be obliged) to require confirmation of any Instruction in such form as we may reasonably request if it appears to us that such confirmation is necessary or desirable; or such Instruction is to close an Account or remit money due to you. It is your responsibility to inform us of any change to your e-mail address, the non-receipt of a confirmation, or whether any confirmations are incorrect, before settlement.
