Confirmation of Instructions. You will be able to access a confirmation of each Instruction that you have placed with us, which will include a summary of the Instruction details. This confirmation will be displayed in your Freetrade Account on our website or in our mobile application and made available within a reasonable time after the Instruction has been executed. However, there are many reasons why you may not receive a confirmation (for example, if there is a system or communications issue, or if you are unable to connect). The fact that you may not have received a confirmation of your Instruction does not mean the Instruction was not placed with us.
