Conductor all labor, equipment, and materials required to set a conductor casing to begin plugging, if necessary. Contractor shall use new pipe, unless Contractor submits documentation to ODNR and ODNR approves used pipe that has been tested and drifted. SURFACE CASING: the labor, equipment, and materials required to set a surface casing for the plugging of the Well, if necessary. Contractor shall use new pipe, unless Contractor submits documentation to ODNR and ODNR approves used pipe that has been tested and drifted. LOGGING: all labor, equipment, and materials if necessary to log the Well. WELL PREPARATION & PLUG SETTING: the labor, equipment, and materials necessary to prepare the Well for plugging and to complete all required plugs, including drilling, cleanout of the Wellbore to the total depth of the Well, circulating the Wellbore prior to each plug, setting all required plugs, and verification of each plug depth. See Ohio Administrative Code 1501:9-11. If an obstruction is encountered and total depth cannot be achieved, Contractor shall propose a plan to assess the nature of the obstruction and remove the obstruction, if possible, that ODNR may approve. If necessary, Contractor shall rip the casing or tubing at a depth approved by ODNR. If a string of casing that would normally be pulled cannot be removed, Contractor may need to log the well and perforate the casing, in accordance with the approved Plugging Plan, so that cement can be emplaced behind the casing. If caving of the well prevents clean out to depth, the Contractor may be required at the discretion of the Division to run an operational string of casing. Contractor shall set all plugs as described in the approved Plugging Plan in the Scope of Work to the Agreement to the depths set forth with the materials described. Contractor shall allow all plugs to set for the time set forth in the approved Plugging Plan in the Scope of Work to the Agreement. TUBING: all labor, equipment, and materials required to supply and remove tubing at the Well Site for the purposes of placement of cement and spacers. CEMENT: all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to plug the Well as is required under Ohio Revised Code Chapter 1509 and Ohio Administrative Code 1501:9 and the requirements of the Plugging Project. Contractor must plug all Xxxxx with cement.
Conductor. For performances during the 2002 COMMISSIONER season, Mr. Xxxxxx Conductor, COMMISSIONER music director, will conduct. If Mr. Conductor is not able or available to conduct those or any future COMMISSIONER performances , COMMISSIONER will engage a conductor mutually acceptable to COMPOSER and COMMISSIONER, with such acceptance not unreasonably withheld by either party.
Conductor. The conductor shall use oxygen-free high conductivity (OFHC) copper with a maximum volume resistivity of 17.3 nΩm at 20˚C, and its properties shall be as specified in DIN 1787 OF-Cu (DE), or BS 6017:1981 Cu-OF (UK), or A 53-100 Cu-c1 (France). The material shall be in the fully-annealed condition prior to winding, and the coil fabrication method must be such as to minimise work hardening during the winding operation. The dimensions of the conductor shall be as determined by the Bidder’s design, as approved by the Contracting Authority. The uniformity of the conductor shall be such that the resistance of all coils constructed from it shall be equal to within ±5%. The use of joints within the coils will not be permitted.
Conductor. The following provisions shall apply to the conductor for loop detector design sawcut: • The Conductor shall comply with MnDOT 3815.2B3. • 6 mm (0.25 inches) in diameter; Encased with a flexible, black, 0.81 mm (0.032 inch) thick polyethylene jacket; Temperature rated to 205°C; and is spliced to the 2/C No. 14 in the hand hole.
Conductor. For consent to data processing and acceptance of regulation: (Conductor) (Guests) (Guests) (Guests) (Guests) (Guests) (Guests) (Guests)
Conductor. No requirement as this is not defined as a WBE. 5.3 Surface casing: Shall be defined based on load conditions from wellhead equipment and operations. TOC should be inside the conductor shoe, or to surface/seabed if no conductor is installed 5.4 Casing through hydrocarbon bearing formations: Shall be defined based on requirements for zonal isolation. Cement should cover potential cross-flow interval between different reservoir zones. For cemented casing strings which are not drilled out, the height above a point of potential inflow/ leakage point / permeable formation with hydrocarbons, shall be 200 m, or to previous casing shoe, whichever is less. 6. Temperature exposure, cyclic or development over time, shall not lead to reduction in strength or isolation capability. 7. Requirements to achieve the along hole pressure integrity in slant xxxxx to be identified. ISO 10426-1 Class ‘G’
