Conduct of Business; Maintenance of Existence; and Compliance with Laws. Continue to engage in business of the same general type as conducted by the Borrower on the Closing Date, and preserve, renew and keep in full force and effect its corporate existence and take all reasonable action to maintain all rights, privileges and franchises necessary or desirable in the normal conduct of the business of the Borrower. The Borrower shall do or cause to be done all things necessary to ensure compliance by the Borrower in all material respects with all Requirements of Law and all applicable restrictions imposed by any Governmental Authority.
