Conditions to First Loan. The obligation of Lender to make its first Loan hereunder is, in addition to the conditions precedent specified in Section 4.2 and in any Supplement, subject to the fulfillment of the following conditions and to the receipt by Lender of the documents described below, duly executed and in form and substance satisfactory to Lender and its counsel:
