Conditions Precedent to Supplier’s Obligations. Supplier’s obligation to commence performance of any obligations under this Agreement shall be conditioned upon the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions listed below. If any condition precedent is not met and Supplier does not waive the condition precedent in writing, then Supplier shall have the right, notwithstanding the cure provisions for Events of Default set forth in Section , to immediately cancel this Agreement, and thereafter shall have no further obligation or liability hereunder.
