CONDITIONS PRECEDENT TO DISBURSEMENT OF THE LOAN. 4.1 (a) Utilisation of Borrowers Contribution:The Borrower assuresAUSFB that the Borrower has, prior to receiving the disbursement of the Loan this day as aforesaid utilised his own contribution i.e. the cost of the property less AUSFB's Loan.
CONDITIONS PRECEDENT TO DISBURSEMENT OF THE LOAN. 4.2 (a) The Borrower has fully utilized his own contribution (i.e. the cost of the Property less the Loan) for providing a part of the finance for the acquisition / construction of the Property unless specifically permitted by IHFL. In case of NRI Borrower, such contribution has been made by the Borrower by remittance of foreign currency from abroad through normal banking channels or out of funds in the Borrower's NRE / FCNR account in India.

The obligation of the Lender to make disbursement of the Loan or its continuance under this Agreement shall be subject to the observance and performance by the Borrower of all its obligations and undertakings to be observed and performed under this Agreement and to the satisfaction, prior to making of such disbursement , or compliance by the Borrower of disbursement procedure as stipulated by the Lender, as also submission of information as stipulated by the Lender and of the compliance of the following further conditions:-

CONDITIONS PRECEDENT TO DISBURSEMENT OF THE LOAN. 7.1 (a) Utilisation of Xxxxxxxx’s Contribution The Xxxxxxxx confirms and declares to BANDHAN BANK that he had, prior to receiving the disbursement of the Loan this day as aforesaid, utilised his own contribution i.e. the cost of the property less BANDHAN BANK’s Loan for purchase or construction of the said property, as the case may be.

CONDITIONS PRECEDENT TO DISBURSEMENT OF THE LOAN. The Borrower is not entitled to have the Loan disbursed to the Seller unless the Agent has received all of the documents and other evidence listed in Part IV of Schedule 2 and if the terms of Clause 3.4 are met on the date of disbursement.
