CONDITIONS PRECEDENT TO ADMISSION OF LAND AS ENTITLED LAND. Borrower may, from time to time, request Lender to include a portion of the Land as Entitled Land for purposes of the Borrowing Base. In connection with each such request, the following conditions precedent shall have been satisfied at the sole cost and expense of Borrower. Upon the satisfaction of such conditions precedent, as determined by Lender, such portions of the Land shall be included in the Borrowing Base as Entitled Land.
