CONDITIONS, DISCLOSURES, AND COMPLIANCE a) Licensee shall avoid contact or exposure to conditions that may be considered hazardous. The Licensee is hereby notified that campus housing, which includes the Residence Halls, Cerro Vista Apartments, Poly Canyon Village Apartments, and general surroundings, may contain conditions or equipment that may pose a risk to the Licensee. University Housing staff will take reasonable steps to ensure that all hazardous areas are secured or posted with appropriate warning signs. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, electrical substations, high voltage transmission lines, electrical transformers, or mechanical equipment.
