Texting. All residents will be automatically opted in to University Housing's text messaging system. University Housing reserves the right to send broadcast or individual text messages which are related to emergencies, housing building conditions, or activities for which urgent notice is required and that will potentially affect most of the recipients. To Opt-Out of Text Messages, please visit the University Housing Portal via xx.xxxxxxx.xxx. Carriers may charge for text messages, and charges are the responsibility of the individual not the university.

Texting. Subject to the general guidelines mentioned above, texting is allowed between coaches and athletes during the hours from 7am until 10pm. Texting only shall be used for the purpose of communicating information directly related to team activities.

EMAIL Athletes and coaches may use email to communicate between the hours of 5 am and 9 pm. When communicating with an athlete through email, a parent, another coach, or a board member must also be copied. REQUEST TO DISCONTINUE ALL ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS The parents or guardians of an athlete may request in writing that their child not be contacted by coaches through any form of electronic communication Green Mountain Aquatics: Action Plan to Address Bullying PURPOSE Bullying of any kind is unacceptable at Green Mountain Aquatics and will not be tolerated. Bullying is counterproductive to team spirit and can be devastating to a victim. GMA is committed to providing a safe, caring and friendly environment for all of our members.
