Common use of CONDITION AND MAINTENANCE Clause in Contracts

CONDITION AND MAINTENANCE. Each Roommate will keep his or her bedroom and bathroom as well as the Common Area, including the grounds (if applicable) and all appliances, fixtures and furnishings, in clean, sanitary and good condition and repair.
