Compulsory Check-Off. (a) The Corporation shall, as a condition of employment, deduct from the monthly earnings of all the employees in the bargaining unit, the ordinary membership dues of the Union, the amount of which may vary according to different locations.
Compulsory Check-Off. (a) The Corporation will, as a condition of employment, deduct an amount equivalent to the membership dues of the Association from each two- week pay period of all employees, term and temporary employees as defined in Clause 2.01(h) in the bargaining unit it represents.
Compulsory Check-Off. Subject to the provisions of this Article, the Corporation will, as a condition of employment, deduct an amount equal to the monthly membership dues from the monthly pay of all employees in the bargaining unit. Where an employee does not have sufficient earnings in respect of any month to permit deductions made under this Article, the Corporation shall not be obligated to make such deduction from subsequent salary.
Compulsory Check-Off. 5.01 The Employer, in respect to each of the employees in the Bargaining Unit, shall deduct from the last pay of each and every month of each employee a sum equivalent to the monthly dues as the by-laws of the Union may from time to time provide and transfer such sums to the Secretary/Treasurer of the Local Union not later than the fifteenth (15) of the month following the date of such deduction, together with a list of all employees from whose wages the deductions have been made and the consolidated total of the regular gross monthly wages paid to all employees.
Compulsory Check-Off. 5:01 It is agreed and understood by the Parties hereto that there shall be a compulsory check-off upon all Employees who come within the Unit to which this Agreement applies, and it shall continue during the period of this Contract.
Compulsory Check-Off. 5.01 The Company agrees to deduct Union dues from pay on a weekly basis up to a maximum as set by the Union for all employees certified as the bargaining unit. If any such employee is absent at the time of deduction, the dues for this week are to be deducted together with the next week’s dues. The Company will remit the money thus collected to the Treasurer of the local Union during the month in which the deduction is made.

Upon receipt of authorization cards duly signed by the Employee, regular monthly union dues shall be deducted from the pay of each Employee and forwarded to the Financial Secretary of the Union before the tenth (10th) of the following month, accompanied by a list of Employees on whose behalf the deductions were made.
Compulsory Check-Off. 13.01.1 – The Company shall deduct a fixed sum of money equivalent to one quarter of the monthly Union dues from the pay of all employees covered by this Agreement, on the first four weekly pay periods of each calendar month, and shall remit the same prior to the fifteenth (15th) day of the following month, by cheque to the Financial Secretary, United Cement, Lime, Gypsum and Allied Workers Division of International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, AFL-CIO-CLC, and marked "for deposit only".

The deduction for Union Dues for new employees shall apply as of the first (1st) day of employment. The Company will remit such amounts to the Treasurer at the National office once a month.
