Comprehensive Special Education Plan. The Organizer shall amend its Application to set forth a comprehensive special education plan that complies with applicable law and has received approval from the Indiana Department of Education. Before this Prior Action shall be deemed substantially completed, the Charter Schools Director shall have the opportunity to review and approve the proposed comprehensive special education plan.
