This insurance shall be written in comprehensive form and shall protect the TOWN and the CONTRACTOR against claims for injuries to members of the public and/or damages to property of others arising from the CONTRACTOR’S use of motor vehicles or any other equipment and shall cover operations with respect to onsite and offsite operations.
