Common use of Compliance with the Social Environmental and Climate Assessment Procedures (SECAP) Clause in Contracts

Compliance with the Social Environmental and Climate Assessment Procedures (SECAP). The Borrower/Recipient shall ensure that the Programme will be implemented in compliance with IFAD's SECAP.

Compliance with the Social Environmental and Climate Assessment Procedures (SECAP). The Borrower/Recipient Borrower shall ensure that the Programme Project will be implemented in compliance with IFAD's SECAP.SECAP and more specifically that the following measures shall be taken:

The Borrower/Recipient Borrower shall ensure that the Programme will be implemented in compliance with IFAD's SECAPSECAP and Environment and Social Management Framework, and more specifically that the following measures shall be taken: Studies on all category A infrastructures such as fishing vessels and related post-harvest infrastructures and the preparation of Environmental and Social Management Plans based on the sub-project screening and categorisation.

Compliance with the Social Environmental and Climate Assessment Procedures (SECAP). The Borrower/Recipient Borrower shall ensure that the Programme Project will be implemented in compliance with the IBRD’s Environmental and Social Commitment Plan for the Project as well as IBRD’s Environmental and Social Standards as provided in the IBRD Agreements which is in line with IFAD's ’s SECAP.
