Common use of Compliance with Statutory and Other Regulations Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Statutory and Other Regulations. The Contractor shall, in all matters arising in the performance of the Contract, conform at his own expense with the provisions of all Central or State statutes, ordinances or laws and the rules, regulations, or bye-laws of any local or other duly constituted authority and shall keep the Purchaser indemnified against all penalties and liabilities of every kind for breach of any such statute, ordinance, law, rule regulations or bye-law. The Contractor shall give all notices and pay all fees and taxes required to be given or paid under any Central or State statutes, ordinances or other laws or any regulations or bye-laws of any local or other duly constituted authority in relation to the contract.
