Validity of Communications. All my Communications that FirstCaribbean International Bank accepts and acts upon will be considered to be valid and authentic. This will be the case even if, among other things, they did not come from me, were not properly understood by FirstCaribbean International Bank (except for FirstCaribbean International Bank’s gross negligence or willful misconduct) or were different from any of my previous or later Communications. Communications will only be valid at the FirstCaribbean International Bank office at which they are received.
Validity of Communications. No notice, approval, acceptance, waiver, consent or other communication by the Authority or the Contractor shall be valid unless made in writing and executed on behalf of the party sending the communication by the Authorised Officer specified in schedule D (Authority's responsibilities) for the Authority and in schedule C (Contractor's other responsibilities) for the Contractor or on behalf of the relevant Authorised Officer by a Person delegated by him to serve such notice, approval, acceptance, waiver, consent or other communication.

Communication Risk The Customer agrees that e-mails, facsimile and other electronic communication are not secure means of communication and hereby assumes the risk that (a) Instructions may be intercepted, read, retransmitted or altered by a third party; (b) Such messages may be delivered late, not received or lost;

Communications will only be valid at the bank's office at which they are received.

This will be the case even if, among other things, they did not come from me, were not properly understood by Consolidated Finance Co. Limited (except for Consolidated Finance Co. Limited’s gross negligence or wilful misconduct) or were different from any of my previous or later Communications. Communications will only be valid at the Consolidated Finance Co. Limited office at which they are received.
Validity of Communications. 20.1. To be valid a notice, authorisation, approval, consent, or the like which is required to be given under this agreement must be given in writing.

This will be the case even if, among other things, they did not come from me, were not properly understood by Ansa Merchant Bank (Barbados) Limited (except for Ansa Merchant Bank (Barbados) Limited's gross negligence or wilful misconduct) or were different from any of my previous or later Communications. Communications will only be valid at the Ansa Merchant Bank (Barbados) Limited office at which they are received.
Validity of Communications. All your Communications that CIBC accepts and acts upon will be considered to be valid and authentic. This will be the case even if, among other things, they did not come from you, were not properly understood by CIBC (except for CIBC’s gross negligence or willful misconduct) or were different from any of your previous or later Communications. Communications will only be valid at the CIBC office at which they are received. If you need to send Communications to more than one CIBC office, you will send separate Communications to each of them. For example, if you hold accounts at multiple branches, including separate investment accounts, you must send separate notices to each branch or office.
Validity of Communications.
