COMPLIANCE WITH LEGAL OBLIGATIONS. 16.1 CONSULTANT is subject to NRS 338.010 – 338.090 (prevailing wage) for all covered work. CONSULTANT shall procure and maintain for the duration of this Agreement any state, county, city or federal license, authorization, waiver, permit, qualification or certification required by statute, ordinance law, or regulation to be held by CONSULTANT to provide the services required by this Agreement. CONSULTANT is solely responsible to pay assessments, premiums, permits and licenses required by law. Further, CONSULTANT agrees to comply with all applicable federal and state laws including, but not limited to, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and related standards, guidelines, and regulations (collectively “ADA”) in providing the services identified in this Agreement. It is the responsibility of CONSULTANT to address in the performance of the services any and all access or other issues to assure compliance with the ADA.
