Common use of Compliance with City’s Risk Management Requirements Clause in Contracts

Compliance with City’s Risk Management Requirements. Lessee shall not do anything, or permit anything to be done, in or about the Premises or any Improvements permitted hereunder that would create any unusual fire risk, and shall take commercially reasonable steps to protect City from any potential premises liability. Lessee shall faithfully observe, at its expense, any and all reasonable requirements of City's Risk Manager with respect thereto and with the requirements of any policies of public liability, fire or other policies of insurance at any time in force with respect to the Premises and any Improvements as required hereunder.
