Common use of Compliance with City’s Risk Management Requirements Clause in Contracts

Compliance with City’s Risk Management Requirements. Tenant will not do anything, or permit anything to be done, in or about the Premises or Common Areas that would be prohibited by or increase rates under a standard form fire insurance policy or subject City to potential premises liability. At no cost to City, Tenant will faithfully observe any and all requirements of City’s Risk Manager with respect to Tenant’s use and occupancy of the Premises.

At no cost to CityTenant, Tenant will faithfully observe any and at Tenant's expense, shall comply with all reasonable rules, orders, regulations or requirements of City’s 's Risk Manager with respect to Tenant’s use and occupancy of the PremisesManager.
