COMPLIANCE MONITORING SERVICES. 2.1 Subject to the general terms and conditions of the Agreement and Section 3 below, State Street agrees to carry out the Compliance Tests set forth in a Test Matrix or the Service Level Agreement, as the case may be, with respect to one or more Portfolios designated therein as may be agreed from time to time by State Street and a Fund.
