Notification of Non-Compliance If Seller is unable to comply with the obligations stated in this Section, Seller shall promptly notify Apple, and Apple may take any one or more of the following actions: (i) suspend the transfer of Confidential Data to Seller; (ii) require Seller to cease processing Confidential Data; (iii) demand the secure return or destruction of Confidential Data; and/or (iv) immediately terminate this Agreement.

Axon warrants that its law enforcement hardware products which are manufactured by Axon are free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of receipt. Axon-manufactured accessories are covered under a limited ninety-day warranty from the date of receipt. Non-Axon manufactured accessories are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. There are extended warranties available as defined in the Axon Master Services and Purchasing Agreement (MSPA). NON-AXON MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS For some solutions we are authorized resellers of hardware (Cradlepoint routers for Axon Fleet, Axis cameras for Axon Interview, etc.). Products that we are authorized to resell abide by the manufacturer's warranty. Control Area Notification At least three months before Initial Synchronization Date, Interconnection Customer shall notify Distribution Provider in writing of the Control Area in which the Generating Facility will be located. If Interconnection Customer elects to locate the Generating Facility in a Control Area other than the Control Area in which the Generating Facility is physically located, and if permitted to do so by the relevant transmission tariffs, all necessary arrangements, including but not limited to those set forth in Article 7 and Article 8 of this GIA, and remote Control Area generator interchange agreements, if applicable, and the appropriate measures under such agreements, shall be executed and implemented prior to the placement of the Generating Facility in the other Control Area.
