Complete Discharge. We will not be bound to take notice or be affected by any Notice of any trust, charge, lien, assignment or other dealing with or relating to this c) Assist and not hinder or prevent the Company or any of its agents in pursuance of their duties. d) Not to abandon the insured property/items in the premises, nor take any steps to rectify/remedy the damage (unless reasonably necessary to directly avoid or minimize the quantum of such damage or loss) before the same has been approved by the Company or any of its agents or appointed surveyor. If the Insured Person does not comply with this provision of this Clause, all benefits under this Policy are liable to be forfeited, at the sole option of the Company.
