Interdependency. (a) The obligations of:
Interdependency. The Parties acknowledge and agree that if a Service has been terminated and, as a consequence thereof, other Services can no longer be provided because of the interdependency between these Services, such other Service shall be terminated as well.
Interdependency. 12.1 The parties’ obligations at Completion are interdependent and must be carried out contemporaneously. No delivery or payment will be deemed to have been made until all deliveries and payments under clauses 10 and 11 have been made and all actions under clauses 10 and 11 on Completion will be deemed to take place simultaneously.
Interdependency. The obligations of the Parties in respect of Completion under this Agreement and completion under the KCCL Debt Purchase Agreement are interdependent. All things or actions required to be done at Completion under this Agreement and at completion under the KCCL Debt Purchase Agreement will be treated as having taken place simultaneously and (unless all of the Parties agree in writing to the contrary) no delivery or payment will be treated as having been made until all deliveries and payments due to be made at Completion under this Agreement and completion under the KCCL Debt Purchase Agreement have been made. Completion under this Agreement and completion under the KCCL Debt Purchase Agreement will be taken for all purposes not to have occurred unless and until all those deliveries and payments have been made unless all of the Parties agree in writing to the contrary.

Interdependency. (a) This XXXX is subject to and conditional on the Platform Agreement (where one applies).
Interdependency. The obligations of the parties in respect of Completion are interdependent. All actions at Completion will be deemed to take place simultaneously and no delivery or payment will be deemed to have been made until all deliveries and payments under this agreement have been made.
Interdependency. The parties’ obligations at Closing are interdependent so that a thing done at Closing by a party is conditional on, and not taken as done until all things required on Completion are done.
Interdependency. The Parties acknowledge that all of the actions intended to occur pursuant to SCHEDULE 5 are interdependent on the occurrence of all of the other actions intended to occur pursuant to SCHEDULE 5 (save in respect of (i) the payment of the Shareholder Loan 1 Debt and the Employee Bonus Payments where the provisions of Clauses 2.2 and 2.3 shall apply and (ii) the actions set forth in Paragraph 8 of SCHEDULE 5). Without prejudice to Clauses 5.2 and 5.4, in the event that any action required to occur pursuant to SCHEDULE 5 fails to occur and is not waived by the relevant Party, then none of them shall be deemed to have occurred and Clause 5.4 below shall apply.
Interdependency. The Parties acknowledge that all of the actions intended to occur pursuant to Clause 5.2 are interdependent on the occurrence of all of the other actions intended to occur pursuant to Clause 5.2. Without prejudice to Clause 5.4, in the event that any action intended to occur pursuant to Clause 5.2 fails to occur and is not waived by the relevant Party, then none of them shall be deemed to have occurred.
