Base Covers Sample Clauses

The 'Base Covers' clause defines the fundamental types of insurance coverage that a party is required to maintain under an agreement. Typically, this includes essential policies such as general liability, property, or workers’ compensation insurance, and may specify minimum coverage amounts or standards. By clearly outlining these baseline insurance requirements, the clause ensures that all parties are adequately protected against common risks, thereby reducing uncertainty and potential disputes over insurance obligations.
