COMPENSATION OF TOOLS OF TRADE AND CLOTHES. 29.1 An employee whose clothes, spectacles, hearing aid, or tools have been accidentally damaged, spoilt by acid, sulphur or other substances will be paid such amount to cover the loss thereby suffered by the employee as may be agreed upon between the relevant employee(s) and the employer.
