Additional Services Compensation Additional Services Compensation shall be the fees determined in accordance with Article 7 to be paid by the Owner to the Professional Consultant in connection with the performance of Additional Services.
Developer Compensation for Emergency Services If, during an Emergency State, the Developer provides services at the request or direction of the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer will be compensated for such services in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff.
Longevity Compensation Longevity payments will be made to all employees hired prior to January 1, 1999 with continuous full-time service according to the following schedule:
CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION The parties hereto agree that the employees covered by this Agreement shall be considered engaged in the type of work and classification as set forth on Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
Orientation and In-Service Program The Hospital recognizes the need for a Hospital Orientation Program of such duration as it may deem appropriate taking into consideration the needs of the Hospital and the nurses involved.
Compensation and Fringe Benefits (a) The Company shall, during the Term of Employment, pay to the Executive as compensation for the performance of his duties and obligations a salary of $240,000 per annum. This compensation is subject to annual review and adjustment, as appropriate in the judgment of the Company. Services and Compensation Consultant agrees to perform for the Company the services described in Exhibit A (the “Services”), and the Company agrees to pay Consultant the compensation described in Exhibit A for Consultant’s performance of the Services.
Outpatient emergency and urgicenter services within the service area The emergency room copay applies to all outpatient emergency visits that do not result in hospital admission within twenty-four (24) hours. The urgicenter copay is the same as the primary care clinic office visit copay.
Workmen's Compensation Employee may be entitled to compensation for time loss and disability for injuries or illnesses occurring on-the-job according to the terms of a worker's compensation insurance policy held by Government. Office Visits (other than Preventive Care Services) This plan covers office and clinic visits to diagnose or treat a sickness or injury.
