Common use of Compensation Limits Clause in Contracts

Compensation Limits. With respect to compensation as defined in this Plan, for any Top Heavy Plan year, compensation in excess of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000.00), and, commencing January 1, 2002, two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000.00), or such other amount as the Secretary of the Treasury may designate, shall be disregarded. This amount will be adjusted in accordance with Internal Revenue Code Sections 401(a)(17) and 415(d), and regulations thereunder.
