Common use of Compensation Limits Clause in Contracts

Compensation Limits. The amount of compensation payable by the City to Consultant shall generally be a lump sum or not to exceed fee, based on the rates and schedules established in Attachment B1 – Wage Rate Summary hereto, which by this reference is incorporated into this Agreement; provided, however, that in no event shall the amount of compensation exceed $500,000.00 in total over the term of the Agreement and any extension(s), unless explicitly approved by action of the City Commission or City Manager as applicable and put into effect by written amendment to this Agreement. The City may, at its sole discretion use other compensation methodologies. The work may never exceed the limitations provided in §287.055 (2)(g), Florida Statutes.

The City may, at its sole discretion use other compensation methodologies. The work may never exceed the limitations provided in §287.055 (2)(g), Florida Statutes. The City may, in its sole and absolute discretion use other compensation methodologies.
