Common use of Compensation Invoices and Payments Clause in Contracts

Compensation Invoices and Payments. 4.1 The Owner shall pay the Engineer for the Services performed or furnished under Exhibit B, based upon the Engineer’s standard hourly billing rates for actual work time performed plus reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses including travel, the total of which will not exceed $49,600.00, Engineer’s Project No. 202247.40. The Engineer may adjust the hourly billing rate and out-of-pocket expenses on or about January 1 of each subsequent year and will send the new schedule to the Owner.
