Compensation During Transfer. An employee temporarily transferred or involuntarily assigned for the convenience of the employer shall receive the rate for the position to which he is transferred after working five (5) consecutive days, retroactive to the state of the transfer/assignment, provided, however, that no employee’s compensation shall be reduced through such transfer. Consecutive working days shall be considered interrupted upon the return of the absent employee for one (1) working day.
