Compatibility with Design Concept. If Engineer has express knowledge that a specific part of the Work that is not defective under the terms and standards set forth in the Construction Contract Documents is nonetheless not compatible with the design concept of the completed Project as a functioning whole, then inform PCCA of such incompatibility, and provide recommendations for addressing such Work.
