Common use of Comparable Job Clause in Contracts

Comparable Job. ‌ A “comparable job” is defined as a job, which is within ten percent (10%) of the rate of pay the displaced employee was receiving at the time of displacement. In calculating the ten percent (10%) differential the Parties must include wages and the following benefits: medical, dental, extended health, group life and long term disability.
